Something I always enjoy in a beach destination is the opportunity to sail across the water! There’s lots of yacht experiences in Tulum, but sailing the Riviera Maya is the best – the Caribbean colours are amazing!

Finally, we have yoga at Lula! Yoga is VERY popular in Tulum, and the places to practice are incredible! You can find every type of yoga class here, but you’ll want to book one with an epic sea view at Lula!

Health and wellness is a funny category to put in as a luxury experience but in Tulum it really is – luxurious! Practising your downward dogs with the beautiful turquoise sea to focus on is priceless!

Lula a Colibri, is a gorgeous property right on a quality section of the beach. Tulum is best visited in the low season October – November and February – March. I would avoid the holidays and peak season – December and January as the prices shoot up, there’s less availability and everywhere is very busy!
