1. LA TERRAZA DE EME
Stylish, popular, sophisticated and closest to the Cathedral
La Terraza de EME is widely known as the best rooftop bar in Seville, it’s the closest to the cathedral and offers an epic panoramic view of Seville’s skyline – no matter where you sit! It’s perched on top of the wonderful EME boutique hotel and is set across two levels with equally good terraces and vibes.
Enjoy high quality service, excellent cocktails and a stylish lounge ambiance – 365 days a year! If you only have time for one amazing rooftop bar in Seville make it this one, its very impressive!
2. QUERENCIA DE SEVILLA – 7TH FLOOR
Chic, hidden gem rooftop, best panorama, cathedral view
Querencia de Sevilla is a true hidden gem on the 7th floor of a new and lovely hotel, part of the Marriot group. It’s very chic, with open spaces, a sophisticated bar menu and even better views – probably the most stunning of them all!
You can book a table in advance, which is needed to guarantee a spot as there are fewer places to sit than some of the other rooftop bars in Seville. Querencia de Seville is also a nice boutique hotel to stay – I recommend it in my ‘best boutique hotels in Seville‘ post.

3. PURA VIDA AT LOS SIESES BOUTIQUE
Relaxed boho vibe, pool, views of the cathedral
Pura Vida, located on the roof of boutique hotel Los Sieses is one of the most vibrant and relaxed rooftop bars in Seville. It has a distinctly bohemian look and feel with a sprawling terrace, rustic seating areas, a central pool and an up-close view of the cathedral.
Enjoy live acoustic acts along with cool mojitos and in the summertime, the ‘beach-club style’ pool is open for both guests and non-guests (for 25€) including a cocktail – worth doing in my opinion.
4. NOBU ROOFTOP GARDEN
Top quality rooftop, stylish, tranquil, charming views
A beautiful rooftop bar from the luxury hotel group Nobu with a lovely garden and tranquil atmosphere. This perfect oasis in Plaza San Francisco offers relaxation and cocktails with views over the city’s spires and tiles.
The best time to visit is in the late afternoon as the terrace (most of which is exclusive to guests) has an earlier closing of 8pm.
Tip! If you stay at the gorgeous Nobu boutique hotel you can enjoy the terrace all day long and cool off in the spa-like plunge pool, Nobu is one of my absolute favourite hotels for luxury.
Note: In the summer time – June to August, the sun can set as late as 10pm!
5. LA TERRAZA AT HOTEL INGLATERRA
Panoramic views, best rooftop bar in Seville for a modern vibe
La Terraza is a large and modern rooftop bar perched on the top of Hotel Inglaterra, just a few minutes from the cathedral in Plaza Neuva. It offers an amazing view over the entire city skyline with lots of front-row lounge chairs to watch the sunset.
This is a great spot for relaxing, it feels open and spacious compared to some other rooftop bars in Seville and there are heaters so can visit all year round.
6. LA GIRALDA AT EUROSTARS SEVILLIA
Modern and sophisticated rooftop with stunning Giralda views
La Giralda rooftop bar is located in the popular and historic Santa Cruz area of Seville. It belongs to Eurostars Boutique Sevilla and offers great views over the iconic Giralda and Cathedral.
Set over two stylish levels, La Giralda rooftop has a sophisticated setting with lounge chairs and stools where you can order some of the best craft cocktails in town. If you’re in the area, don’t miss this rooftop bar’s atmospheric sun-downers.

7. TERRACE SKYLINE HOTEL KIVIR
Unique views over Guardiliver River and Triana
Terrace Skyline at Hotel Kivir offers unique panoramic views over the Guardiliver River and the popular authentic neighbourhood of Triana.
The rooftop bar is elegant and modern with a nice evening atmosphere especially when the Isabel II Bridge lights twinkle over the water. If you’re staying in this area it’s worth visiting for a different perspective.

Seville’s stylish rooftop bars mostly belong to boutique hotels in prime locations. You can visit as a guest or book a stay and take advantage of all the amenities throughout the day. Querencia de Sevilla and Nobu Hotel Sevilla are also featured in my post ‘best boutique hotels in Seville’.
Note: As Seville is very walkable you could easily visit a couple of rooftop bars in a short city break.
WHEN TO VISIT
The best time to explore the rooftop bars in Seville is early evening, well before sunset (check when this is!) to secure a seat. It should come as no surprise that the ones closest to the cathedral (EME and Pura Vida) are almost always busy, but worth it as the views are unbeatable.
SEVILLE DRINKS
When in Seville, why not try an ice-cold tinto de verano? It’s Andalusia’s answer to sangria, made with red wine and lemonade, orange or tonic water – a refreshing and delicious drink on a warm summer night.
