SEVILLE ROOFTOP BARS FOR AMAZING VIEWS
1. LA TERRAZA DE EME
Location: Hotel EME, Santa Cruz, Seville old town
Highlights: Stylish, popular and closest to the Cathedral
La Terraza de EME is widely known as the best rooftop bar in Seville, it’s the closest to the Cathedral and offers an epic panoramic view of Seville’s Old Town – no matter where you sit! It’s perched on top of the EME boutique hotel and is set across two levels with equally good terraces and vibes.
If you stay at this historic hotel, you’ll also get the same views from the rooftop pool and will be able to snag a tall stool before the masses arrive for the sunset celebrations! There’s no denying this rooftop bar in Seville is the busiest, but that’s for a good reason!
I loved the quality service, excellent cocktails and ambience at this rooftop bar in Seville, it’s my top choice – 365 days a year! If you only have time for one rooftop bar in Seville with a stunning view make it this one!

2. 7TH FLOOR ROOFTOP BAR SEVILLE
Location: Querencia de Sevilla Hotel, Seville old town
Highlights: Chic, new rooftop bar, Seville old town & Cathedral views
The 7th floor rooftop bar in Seville is located on the top of Querencia de Sevilla, part of the Marriot group. So far this rooftop bar is not as widely known, so doesn’t ever get too busy!
It’s very chic, with open spaces, a sophisticated bar menu a nice atmosphere and even better views – probably the best views in Seville, certainly the most panoramic!
You can book a table in advance, which I only recommend as there are not as many seats as some of the other rooftop bars in Seville – but everyone IS guaranteed a view over the old town of Seville.
Tip! Querencia de Seville is also a great boutique hotel to stay in Seville with an excellent central location.

3. PURA VIDA ROOFTOP BAR SEVILLE
Location: Hotel Los Sieses, Santa Cruz, Seville old town
Highlights: Relaxed boho vibe, rooftop pool, Cathedral views
Pura Vida, located on the roof of boutique Hotel Los Sieses is one of the most vibrant and relaxed rooftop bars in Seville. It has a distinctly bohemian look and feel with a sprawling terrace, rustic seating areas, a central pool and an up-close view of the Cathedral.
Pura Vida was one of my favourite finds, when I visited during the daytime, the music was very chill and I enjoyed mojitos by the pool.
In the summertime, the ‘beach-club style’ pool is open for both guests and non-guests for 25€ including a cocktail – well worth doing in my opinion.

4. MERCER PLAZA SEVILLA
Location: Mercer Plaza Sevilla, old town Seville
Highlights: Top quality rooftop, stylish, tranquil, charming views
A beautiful Seville rooftop bar with a lovely garden and tranquil atmosphere, previously owned by Nobu – so you know it’s top quality! I love the aesthetics of this terrace, it’s like a small oasis in the middle of old-town Seville.
The best time to visit this classy rooftop is in the late afternoon, as the terrace (most of which is exclusive to guests) closes earlier, at 8 p.m.
Tip! If you stay at this gorgeous hotel you can enjoy the terrace all day long and cool off in the spa-like plunge pool, Nobu is one of my absolute favourite hotels for luxury.

Note: In the summer time – June to August, the sun can set as late as 10pm!
5. LA TERRAZA
Location: Hotel Inglaterra, Seville old town
Highlights: Seville old town panoramic views, long bar, heaters, modern vibe
La Terraza is one of the biggest rooftop bars in Seville! You’ll find it on the top of Hotel Inglaterra, just a few minutes from the Cathedral in Plaza Neuva with amazing sunset views over the entire city skyline.
This is a great spot for relaxing, it feels modern, open and spacious compared to some other rooftop bars in Seville and there are heaters so can visit all year round.

6. CASA DE INDIAS ROOFTOP BAR SEVILLE
Location: Hotel Casa de Indias, Plaza de la Setas
Highlights: Charming rooftop bar, unique La Setas ‘mushroom’ views
La Setas is a cool wooden structure in Seville, a modern masterpiece in the middle of Plaza de la Setas square – and at this stylish rooftop bar in Seville, you can admire it from above!
Sitting with a cocktail and looking across at this unique structure is an incredible experience and you should not miss it!
Hotel Casa de Indias, where this rooftop bar is located, is also a gorgeous boutique hotel that I recommend staying at while in Seville.

7. TERRACE SKYLINE HOTEL KIVIR
Location: Hotel Kivir, Triana Area
Highlights: Unique Guardiliver River views
Terrace Skyline at Hotel Kivir offers unique panoramic views over the Guadalquivir River along the popular authentic neighbourhood of Triana.
Hotel Kivir’s rooftop bar is elegant and modern, it offers a nice early evening atmosphere before dinner with fantastic views. You can see across to the old town and watch the lights twinkle over the water from Isabel II Bridge.
If you’re staying in this area it’s worth visiting for a different perspective.

BONUS ROOFTOP BAR SEVILLA
Gourmet Experience Duque
Gourmet Experience Duque is located up on the roof terrace of department store El Corte Ingles, it’s a unique place with a great skyline view over Seville and the Cathedral just in the background.
This rooftop bar in Seville is actually part of a large food market with over 30 stalls to choose from, but the best thing about it is that Gourmet Experience Duque has one of the best bars in Seville and serves a wide variety of cocktails. It’s convenient if you’re looking to do a little shopping and eating!

HOW TO VISIT
Seville’s stylish rooftop bars as you may have noticed with the descriptions belong to boutique hotels in prime locations. You can visit as a guest or book a stay and take advantage of all the amenities, I highly recommend the Seville hotels with rooftop pools and Cathedral views like EME boutique hotel.
Note: As Seville is very walkable you could easily visit a couple of rooftop bars in a short city break.
WHEN TO VISIT
The best time to explore the rooftop bars in Seville is early evening, well before sunset (check when this is!) to secure a seat. It should come as no surprise that the terraces closest to the cathedral (La Terraza de EME and Rooftop bar Pura Vida) are almost always busy, but worth it as the views are unbeatable.
SUNSET COCKTAILS
Where to watch sunset in Seville? I recommend EME boutique hotel, it’s unbeatable – the golden glow across the old town and La Giralda bell tower is really atmospheric on a warm summers day – in my opinion, it has the best views in Seville!
SEVILLE DRINKS
When in Seville, why not try an ice-cold tinto de verano? It’s Andalusia’s answer to sangria, made with red wine and lemonade, orange or tonic water – a refreshing and delicious drink on a warm summer night.
